Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • The product does not meet the description provided
  • You experienced technical issues preventing download (and we couldn't resolve them)
  • You're not satisfied for any reason (no questions asked)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number or email used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  4. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your download access will be revoked
  • You should delete any downloaded files
  • The license to use the database is terminated

No-Refund Situations

While we strive to accommodate all refund requests, we may deny refunds in cases of:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Evidence of redistribution or sharing of the database
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer (abuse of policy)
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing download or access issues, please contact us before requesting a refund. We're happy to:

  • Extend your download link expiration
  • Provide additional download attempts
  • Send files through alternative methods
  • Help troubleshoot any technical problems

Most technical issues can be resolved quickly, and you'll still have access to your purchase.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we will be unable to assist you further. Please reach out to us directly – we're reasonable people and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
